We had a story on our front page today about Somali immigrants in Jamestown learning to make the Norwegian potato bread lefse as part of their efforts to learn English.
It’s a good story and you should give it a read.
It just makes me wonder, though: What if they’d let the newcomers try lutefisk instead?
I reckon it might have caused a different response.

really, i wonder what they might think of us then?
do you think that they might either like it or hate it and if so might they also have a version of lutefisk like they did for leftsa.
