- Wouldn’t you like to be this puppy’s human?
As promised, I’ve got some puppy photos to share. The James River Humane Society has seven puppies (four girls, three boys) looking for homes. Follow the jump to see the mother lode of cuteness.Â

These puppies are the progeny of Katie, seen here. Katie is a springer spaniel. We don't know what breed the father is, but we have some ideas. Katie, who has a knack for smiling at people, will also be up for adoption.
They all have white spots on the ends of their tails and blue eyes. We can't say for sure if they're eyes will stay blue.

That's right, look into his eyes. Several of these puppies have a sort of blue merle quality to their coats, which makes us wonder if an Australian shepherd is in their lineage.
It gave me a chuckle to see what's being used to protect the floor from puppy pee and poo: My product!
Correction: This post originally said Katie was a German shorthair. That is incorrect. Katie’s breed is springer spaniel.
