At the festival in Fort Ransom

Chris Decker, Gwinner, N.D., uses a torch to melt and form art glasswork Sunday at the Sheyenne Valley Arts and Crafts Fesival

Morgan and I spent Sunday afternoon in Fort Ransom for the Sheyenne Valley Arts and Crafts Festival. We saw a lot of great works of artistry and craftsmanship, ate some delicious food and made a stop at the museum there in Fort Ransom. Lyle Bjone is still there running the place, and it’s still worth visiting.

While we were there, we noticed this prayer in one corner upstairs that I photographed and am sharing here. Click it for a larger version.

This prayer reminded me of my mother.
