When I was a kid, I told myself that one day, when I was grown up and able to buy whatever I wanted, I’d own all the awesome Nerf guns I saw on TV and not just the simpler models my parents gave me. I’d have the most incredible Nerf guns in the world, and no one could say no.
I was going through the store the other night and sauntered down the toy aisle to the Nerf section. There were even more different and amazing models for sale than I ever remember seeing when I was a child.

I could, if I wanted to, buy any of those guns off the shelves now. But I didn’t. I have a transmission to pay for, along with rent, electricity, food, water and other problems. I can’t be buying Nerf guns anymore.
I turn 25 in a couple of weeks. I don’t want Nerf guns anymore. I can buy the real ones now.I just have to save up for them.

Now you may understand why we bought the cheaper models, we had all the expenses you now have to deal with. (except we had a few kids thrown into the mix…)Plus it would of been broken or parts lost just a quickly as the cheaper ones…. Glad you got your car back.
Logan,

Well is it sad that I am 27 with no kids and my husband and I each have one of these nerf guns? Best bet is to buy as much ammo that you can…they sure get lost easily! Ha!
