Texas oilman T. Boone Pickens has shelved his plans for a massive wind farm in the Texas Panhandle.
However, he is still on the hook for 667 wind turbines he’d already ordered, which he said he will find homes for.
I hope all the companies building wind farms in North Dakota are smelling an opportunity.
