Zenithe Mayer, who works in advertising for The Jamestown Sun, spotted this rescue while driving back to Jamestown on Interstate 94. The pictures were blurry because of the rain and the distance, but here you can see a person being rescued after a car was submerged in a slough north of I-94 between the Rogers and Sanborn exits.
This picture kind of reminds me of the picture that Katie drew of you drowning.
