Preventing a flood

Larry Phillips just came by and shared this picture with me:

In it, firefighters from the Jamestown Rural and Jamestown fire departments pump water that was blocked by a clogged culvert under the Stockyards Road Monday. The firefighters were pumping the water so that it would not flood the Anne Carlsen Center, which is down the hill. The pumps were moving 1,700 gallons of water per minute.
